Investing in Kenyan real estate offers a tangible connection to your homeland and a promising asset for the future. Famyard Enterprises Limited specializes in providing value-added plots, ensuring a seamless and secure process tailored for Kenyans living abroad.
Understanding Value-Added Plots
Value-added plots are parcels of land enhanced with essential infrastructure, such as water and electricity, making them ready for immediate development. Famyard’s commitment to providing these amenities ensures that investors can commence construction or other projects without delay, thereby maximizing the potential returns on their investment.
Can’t come to the site? Walk it in 3D.
Every estate is built in 3D from its survey plan: each plot to scale, the roads, the beacons and the land next door. Turn it, zoom in, stand on the road and look around, from Nairobi, Dubai or Boston.

Famyard ensures transparency by providing copies of the Title Deed and Mutation Form. Clients are encouraged to conduct independent land searches at the Land Registry to verify ownership and any encumbrances.

What you should know
What is the advantage of buying a value-added plot?
Value-added plots from Famyard save you time and money. These plots come with essential infrastructure like water and electricity, allowing you to start building your dream home or investment property immediately.
Are there flexible payment options available?
Yes, Famyard offers flexible payment plans to accommodate the financial capabilities of different clients.
How can I verify the legitimacy of the land and the seller?
Famyard provides copies of the Title Deed and Mutation Form for every plot. You are encouraged to conduct an independent land search at the Land Registry to verify ownership and any encumbrances.
How long does the title deed transfer process take?
The duration can vary, but Famyard endeavors to expedite the process, keeping clients informed at every stage.
Can I see the plot without travelling to Kenya?
Yes. Several of our estates have a 3D map drawn from the survey plan, where you can turn the estate around, tap any plot to see its number and whether it is available, reserved or sold, and message us about it on WhatsApp. We also do video walk-throughs on site, and a relative or agent can visit for you before you pay.
Can I pay in Bitcoin or USDT?
Yes. The price is agreed in Kenyan shillings and converted when you pay. Your receipt and sale agreement are in shillings, and the search, Land Control Board consent and title transfer are exactly the same as any other purchase. Always confirm the payment address directly with our office before sending.
Where is Famyard headed with technology?
Towards land you can see, buy and eventually hold digitally from anywhere. Today that means a digital record for every plot, survey-based 3D estate maps and accepting Bitcoin and USDT. Owning land as a digital token is where we think the market is going, once Kenya's rules and land registry are ready for it; we don't offer land tokens today.
